Georgs has deep industry experience, working as supplier in industrial supply chains for 15 years, focusing on public procurement. Georgs holds an MBA from INSEAD (2016).

Rūdolfs is an experienced system architect, and has led large IT teams, latest at LMT, the national TelCo of Latvia. Rūdolfs holds a MSc in IT from the University of Latvia (2012)
